Trade Terms & Conditions BACK

1. CONFIRMATION
On receipt of your booking you will receive a confirmation/invoice from CaniX UK Ltd. This will be your reference and should be presented when you arrive on site.

2. RESERVED SPACE
If you chose to reserve your stand space with a 50% non-refundable deposit, the balance is payable by 31 July 2013. If payment is not received by this date, the stand space will be made available to others, and you will loose your deposit.

3. PASSES
Passes are not required.

4. CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel a show, for whatever reason, within twelve weeks of the show date 50% of the balance will be payable. If the cancellation is received within eight weeks of the show date, the full balance is required. CaniX UK Ltd will not be liable to any exhibitor for any claim for compensation or refund in the event of any show being cancelled or disrupted due to bad weather, major incident, civil unrest or any other cause beyond the organiser’s control.

5. SITING AND UNLOADING
Siting, positioning of trailers/lorries and erecting your own marquees is from 12noon on the day prior to the opening show date (unless by prior arrangement). On no account will stands be sited after 5pm. Anyone arriving after this time will be required to park up in a holding area until 7am the following morning. Once sited, unloading can continue until 9pm.

6. VEHICLE MOVEMENT
There will be no vehicle movement allowed on the showground from 9am – 6pm on show days. Stand holders arriving after 8.45am on show days will be required to unload by hand from the car park.

There is free movement of cars entering and exiting the car park while the show is on (between 9am – 6pm).

7. MARQUEES
For all outdoor stands, light weight 'party' gazebos are not allowed. All gazebos must be heavy duty for Health and Safety reasons.

8. REINSTATEMENT
It is the responsibility of each individual stand holder to reinstate the area of their stand to its original condition. No items are to be attached or stuck to any marquee, walling or barrier without the permission of CaniX UK Ltd.

9. SITE CLEARANCE
It is each stand holder’s responsibility to clear rubbish from their stand at the end of the show, using bins/skips provided.

10. LEAFLETING
All stand holders should promote and sell their services within their stand space. no leafleting at all is permitted at the show without the prior permission of CaniX UK Ltd.

11. USE OF ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
CaniX UK Ltd will provide access to a single phase supply when included, ordered and paid for. If the supply is interrupted, CaniX UK Ltd will not be held liable for economic or consequential loss resulting from negligence or how so ever caused.

12. USE OF GENERATORS
The use of generators on the show ground during the hours of 9am to 6pm is not allowed. Any credit card processing must be done via battery powered units or details taken for processing at another time.

13. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
It is a condition of your booking that all the electrical equipment you wish to connect to the show supply is inspected and tested to the current Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) Wiring Regulations. Each piece of equipment must have a sticker detailing the date of test (this test date should be no older than 12 months).

14. ELECTRICAL KETTLES, FANS & HEATER
The use of electric kettles, fans or heaters is not permitted on the marquee and stand lighting circuits.

15. CATERING
The sale of all refreshments will be strictly limited to those authorised by CaniX UK Ltd.

16. GAS APPLIANCES
These are only to be used following permission by CaniX UK Ltd. ALL appliances must have a current CORGI test certificate.

17. INSURANCE
CaniX UK Ltd carry comprehensive Public Liability Insurance to cover claims for which we are legally liable. All stand holders should have the necessary Public Liability insurance for shows and we would strongly advise them to also insure themselves for fire & theft, damage and cancellation.

18. SECURITY
Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their stand and stock day and night. This is a public park with open access to all 24/7.

19. CAMPING
Camping is available alongside your stand. This is not included in the price of your stand - camping can be booked HERE

20. CHEMICAL TOILET WASTE
Do not empty this waste in the toilets on-site. There is a chemical waste point for this specific use on-site.

21. RESPONSIBILITY OF EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors are responsible for the safety (including fire precautions) of their stands. The exhibitor shall assume full responsibility for any article of any kind, exhibited by them, including liability for all claims arising out of the handling of exhibits and the conduct of their stand generally. The exhibitor shall indemnify CaniX UK Ltd against all claims, damages or expenses arising in any way out of the presence of the exhibitor, his staff or his exhibits at the Event. Acceptance of these provisions shall be condition of entry.

22. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
CaniX UK Ltd shall not in any way unless legally liable, be responsible for: Any claim for compensation or otherwise in regard to the holding of or for anything arising out of or in any connection with the event. Any accident that may occur or for the death, injury, disease or loss arising. Any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the abandonment, cancellation of any show, and any such eventuality.
