Accommodation for delegates will be at the Premier Inn. Rooms will be reserved for delegates. Costs and directions can be found here.
Meals
Meals will be catered for at the The Cold Harbour Public House (alongside the accommodation). Costs and menus can be found here.
General Assembly meeting
The General Assembly meeting will be held in the The Cold Harbour function room (alongside the accommodation).
Timetable (subject to change):
- 08:00 Breakfast
- 09:30 Visit venue (30min drive) (SAT NAV: GL7 6LU)
Meet in car park at 9am to drive by car in convoy to the venue. If you don't know us you will recognise us by our CaniX Team UK kit. - 12:00 Return to Cold Harbour for lunch
- 13:00 General Assembly begins
- 18:00 General Assembly ends
- 19:00 Dinner
